Troopers Investigate Early-Morning Gun Shop Burglary In Northampton County

State police are searching for answers after an Easton-area sporting goods store was broken into and robbed of multiple firearms, according to a release.

Troopers say 507 Outfitters, 1000 Belmont Street in Williams Township, was burglarized around 2 or 3 a.m. on Friday, April 28. 

An unknown number of guns were taken, though police did not describe the missing merchandise. 

The matter remains under investigation by troopers at the Belfast Station, the release adds.
